Space Details

Our Private Event Space provides a VIP Experience located within our 27,500 sq. ft. facility. With views of our state of the art equipment, you and your guests will have an up-close and personal experience in a fully functional brewery. The space provides an industrial atmosphere that works on its own or as a canvas for your event.

Basic Pricing

Facility Rental Fee (for 5 hours): $2500

Deposit (Non-Refundable): $1000 (Applied to Rental Fee)

Bartender Fee (Minimum 2): $TBD/hour/bartender (including 30-min set up and tear down)

Cancellation Fee: $500 will be applied if event is canceled within 7 days of event

Food: Up to you!

A credit card is required to reserve the space which may be used the day of for completed payment.
We do not accept post-event payment.

Beer and Wine

An up-close and personal experience deserves up-close and personal pricing! Our beer is available a la carte, on draft, and for retail keg pricing. The beer is coming from the source, and that means we believe you should only have to pay from the source pricing.

$65 per 1/6 bbl = 41 Pints ($1.59/Pint!)
$145 per 1/2 bbl = 124 Pints ($1.17/Pint!)

You are welcome to bring in wine for our bartenders to pour for a $10 per bottle corkage fee (capped at $300).
When touring the brewery for your event, our event manager will be happy to provide a tasting of our four flagship beers to help you choose the right beer for your event!

Food

You are welcome to bring in your own items or use a pre-approved caterer for no additional fees. We do not have a kitchen, prep area, or refrigeration storage, so make sure your caterer is self-sufficient!

Our taproom houses a permanent food truck, Subculture Café and Cuisine, which serves an array of food during taproom hours. If your event takes place during taproom hours, advanced notice must be given if you would like the food truck to be open to your guests (so they know to stock up!). No additional fees apply.

Service

We will provide bartenders for your event! We require a minimum of 2 bartenders, with the number varying for party size and set-up needs. Our bartenders will help with set-up and tear-down (30 minutes each) but are available if more time is needed.
