You’ve probably been wondering to yourself “what’s going on with Mill Creek’s construction?” Well, maybe you haven’t, but here’s a quick glimpse into what we’re been doing anyway:
We broke ground a few weeks ago to begin building out the brewing operation side of our facility. The majority of our 27,000 sq ft former gymnastics facility is being transformed into a full-fledged production facility capable of producing massive amounts of beer in both draft and cans. What about a tasting room you ask? Yes, we’ve dedicated about 6500 sq ft to that purpose as well, and we hope to have that completed sometime after the new year.
But back to the construction. So far we’ve been busy cutting the existing floor to install floor drainage, and surprise surprise, it’s TN and we hit rock, which has delayed the plumbing work slightly, but as you can see in the pictures below we got everything cut and plumbed out! Over the next few weeks, concrete will be poured back and our lab, boiler room, mill room, and cold rooms will be framed and constructed.
