Our West Coast Inspired IPA bursts with notes of citrus and tropical fruits with subtle hints of pine that compliment a fair amount of bitterness at 65 IBUs. The malt character is light and the finish is dry to let the layered flavors and aromas from Citra, Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops take center stage. Its a wonderful blend of old school West Coast hops and new school East Coast hopping techniques, utilizing large cold whirlpool hop additions, huge dry hops (both bring out the amazing hop flavors and aromas without the added bitterness), and an East Coast water profile giving way to a soft and smooth body. This one bursts with delightfully intense flavors and aromas and might just leave you in a daze.
