Private Event Space

Space Details

Our Private Event Space provides a VIP Experience located within our 27,500 sq. ft. production facility in Nolensville. With views of our entire brewing facility, barrel house, and state of the art equipment, you and your guests will have an up-close and personal experience in a fully functional production brewery. The space provides an industrial atmosphere that works on its own or as a canvas for your event.

Basic Pricing

Facility Rental Fee: $750/hr with a 2 hour minimum
Deposit (Non-Refundable): $1000 (applied to Rental Fee)
Bartender Fee: $15/hour/bartender (including 30-min set up and tear down)
Bar Fee: $100 (includes draft system, beer cups, and ice)
Cancellation Fee: $500 will be applied if event is canceled within 7 days of event

A deposit and signed contract is required to reserve the space and remaining payment must be made day of event. We do not accept post-event payment.

Beer

An up-close and personal experience deserves up-close and personal pricing! Our beer is available a la carte, on draft, and for retail keg pricing. The beer is coming from the source, and that means we believe you should only have to pay from the source pricing.

$65 per 1/6 bbl = 41 Pints ($1.59/Pint!)
$145 per 1/2 bbl = 124 Pints ($1.17/Pint!)
$30.40 per case = 24 Pints ($1.27/Pint!)

When touring the brewery for your event, our event manager will be happy to provide a tasting of our beers to help you choose the right beer for your event!

Bar Service

We will provide bartenders for your event! We require a minimum of 2 bartenders, with the number varying for party size and set-up needs. Our bartenders will help with set-up and tear-down (30 minutes each) but are available if more time is needed.

Private Taproom Buyouts

Space Details

This is a more plug and play option by using our existing taprooms as your event space! Included with this rental is our taproom spaces as-is (decor and seating), wifi access, sound system, tv access and beer straight from our taps!

Beer 

Our beers are available by keg pricing above, or by glass consumption at a $2 per pint discount off of menu pricing.

Taproom Table Reservations

Availability: Taproom operating hours, on non-event days.

Cost: $45 deposit per table

Perfect for birthday parties, corporate happy hours or just to make sure your family has a spot to watch the game; we offer table reservations in our taproom! These are available up to 3 at a time and on non-event days. Please note that outside food is no longer allowed in the taproom, but management reserves the right to allow special items with reservations. Non-Profits

We at Mill Creek Brewing Co. love giving back and supporting the community that has always supported us. As a company, we always do what we can to help improve the quality of life for those around us. We receive many requests throughout the year, and we would love to contribute to your organization through a discounted rental space fee if we feel that it reflects our values here at Mill Creek.

In order for us to better understand your organization and consider your discounted rental space fee request, we ask that you submit a written request at least 50 days prior to the event to the address below with the following information:
