It’s that time again; here’s a sneak peak at the construction progress we’ve made at the brewery. Things are moving quickly as we get the building in order and ready to have our equipment placed and installed.
First, we’ve got the walls framed for our quality control/yeast lab, boiler room, and mill room and have begun getting drywall up.
We’ve also begun framing out one of our cold rooms. At 700 sq ft, with 20 ft ceilings we’ll be able to store LOTS of packaged beer so you thirsty beer lovers will never run out
