We love hops, this new release is a visceral representation of everything we love about hops and hazy IPAs crammed into a can. Exclusively whirlpool and dry hop additions bring out the big and bold flavors and amazing aromas. The complex hop profile definitely leans heavily towards the tropical and stone fruit but you can expect to find hints of blueberry, tangerine, passionfruit and pine lingering under the surface. We chose hops from around the globe to showcase their unique flavors, Rakau from New Zealand, Southern Star from South Africa, and Trident, a proprietary blend of Pacific NorthWest hops. Each variety is known for a tropical fruit forward profile yet each adds interesting and subtle characteristics creating a complex and delicious beer. 8% ABV, 7 IBU

Necessary Trouble
Proudly brewed in Nolensville, TN. Classic example of a oatmeal stout, brewed with crystal and dark chocolate malts, malted and golded naked oats, roasted barley and hopped with east kent golding hops. It's rich and creamy, a little roasty with enough bitterness to balance the hefty malt bill. 5.16% ABV, IBU 11 -
Our West Coast Inspired IPA bursts with notes of citrus and tropical fruits with subtle hints of pine that compliment a fair amount of bitterness at 65 IBUs. The malt character is light and the finish is dry to let the layered flavors and aromas from Citra, Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops take center stage. Its a wonderful blend of old school West Coast hops and new school East Coast hopping techniques, utilizing large cold whirlpool hop additions, huge dry hops (both bring out the amazing hop flavors and aromas without the added bitterness), and an East Coast water profile giving way to a soft and smooth body. This one bursts with delightfully intense flavors and aromas and might just leave you in a daze. IBU 65, ABV 7.2%

This American Marzen is as close to Germany as you can get this side of the Atlantic. Fermented with an authentic Germany yeast strain and lagared for two months, patience is truly a virtue when it comes to this delicious German style beer. It has a full malty body balanced by a nobel hop bitterness, flavor and aroma and finishes a little sweet and super crisp. A Citrus-Infused Wheat Beer with Peach A seasonal take on our classic Lil Darlin, this beer embodies the warm weather of Southern springtime, inspired by porch swings and a celebration that summer is right around the corner! As the dead of winter becomes an afterthought, we rejoice the blooming flowers, green leaves returning to trees and the smell of fresh cut grass with this wonderful and refreshing fruited wheat beer. A delightful peach aroma and flavor up front fades towards the finish, when the orange and coriander of our Lil Darlin, linger on your taste buds.
